Our products

Four products. One thesis.

Each Ether-X product solves a specific problem for a specific audience — but every one of them honours the same three commitments: see everything, own your data, build better.

01 — Knowledge

XeoNote

Collaborative knowledge for teams who want their wiki to feel like writing, not filing.

XeoNote is a UK-hosted wiki and document workspace for teams who'd rather write than wrangle. Markdown-native, real-time, and structured around the way engineers actually capture knowledge — quick notes that grow into pages, pages that grow into spaces.

It exists because the dominant team wikis assume your knowledge belongs on US servers, behind opaque auth, paid for by per-seat licensing that punishes the act of sharing. We disagree with all three. Your data stays in the UK, on equipment we own and operate.

For engineering organisations and research teams who treat documentation as part of the work, not a reporting overhead.

02 — Visibility

EtherSight

Multivendor attack-surface management for security teams who need to see everything they own.

EtherSight is an attack-surface management platform for security teams who own assets across more than one vendor — which, in practice, is most of them. It pulls inventories from cloud providers, identity systems, endpoint tooling and ticketing, then surfaces the assets, the relationships and the gaps in one place.

It exists because the alternative — stitching together CSV exports, hoping the spreadsheet matches reality, finding out at audit time that it didn't — is the way most attack surfaces actually get managed. Sovereign-by-design: UK-hosted in our own datacentres, queryable on your terms.

For security and platform engineering teams who need a defensible answer to "what do we have, and where is it" — and who want that answer to be auditable rather than asserted.

03 — Operations

EtherITSM

UK-hosted IT service management run from our own datacentres.

EtherITSM is a UK-hosted incident, problem, change and asset platform for internal IT and platform teams who want their service management run from a UK datacentre by the people who built it. ITIL-aligned where that helps, opinionated where it doesn't.

It exists because the dominant ITSM tools are built around the assumption that the customer is the buyer and the operator is the user — leading to expensive software that's painful to use, hard to extend, and run from jurisdictions you didn't pick. We're building the version that flips that order.

For IT teams in regulated industries, MSPs and engineering platform groups who need ticket workflows that survive an audit — and that they can actually point at without apologising.

A consumer product from the same workshop —

PairKeep

Shared home admin for couples. PairKeep is what happens when the engineering instincts that built EtherSight and EtherITSM get pointed at the household — quiet, considered, unfussy organisation of the documents and dates two people need to share.

It honours its own visual language for a reason: it's a consumer product, and it doesn't want to feel like enterprise software pretending to be domestic. Different audience, same engineering workshop, same respect for the people who use it.
